At thirteen, I got my first job as a real estate receptionist—a summer position answering phones, filing paperwork and learning how the industry worked.
I stayed in real estate through school, and when my mother took the leap into brokerage ownership, our whole family went with her.
Since then, I’ve worked across almost every part of the business and through changing markets, technologies and ways of working. That experience has taught me to adapt, question familiar approaches and pay attention to what people need as the business evolves.
The people behind the business have always interested me most: their strengths, how they think and work, what gets in their way, and what they’re capable of that they may not yet recognize.
Today, that shapes my work supporting our leadership team, identifying our Realtors’ needs, developing programmes and strategies, and improving how we work. In 2006, I founded The Real Estate Academy to bring education and practical support into the business.
What helps one agent succeed won’t necessarily work for the next. That’s why I start by understanding the person—their strengths, priorities, experience and ambitions. From there, I help them identify the skills, strategies and support they need to build a business that works for them.

What We've Built
Today, RE/MAX Your Community Realty is a family-run brokerage with more than 1,200 Realtors serving communities across the GTA and Simcoe County.
We’ve built a community where agents can learn from one another and access education, experienced managers and practical support as they develop their businesses.
