Welcome to episode 4 of the Lifestyle Entrepreneur Podcast. I’m Michelle Risi, and today we are going to be talking about something that affects us all. Whether you are a parent, single, married, entrepreneur, aspiring entrepreneur…. You name it – we are all facing it.
And that topic is Work-Life Balance. But before we dive in, I have a confession to make. I don’t actually believe “balance” exists which is why, I wanted to use this episode to introduce you to something a little different. Something you may already be striving towards without even realizing it.
In this episode, we will be identifying a new way of looking at your life, a new mindset to carry as you strive to achieve your goals and dreams, and really, just a gentler way of treating ourselves.
Introducing Work-Life Harmony!
This is a mindset and a practice, and it is critical to the success of your business, your relationships and how you approach the many roles you play in your life. This is the foundation from where you should start to build from, if you want to enjoy the life and business you are creating.
This episode will talk about ways of “having it all” without the guilt, and without the stress.
The best way I can describe Work-Life Harmony, is to look at a choir. Every choir has different parts. We have the the low singing parts that are sung by our basses. We have the high singing parts that are sung by our sopranos. Now, if you have ever heard a choir sing, you will notice that they don’t all sing the same notes and they don’t all sing with the same volume or intensity. The goal with harmony is to have a blending of sounds – that is how beautiful music is made. And that is what we should want in our lives. To have all the different parts play out how they need, so that we can operate in a flow and make beautiful music.
To help get you started, I have created a guide which you can access using the Download form on this page.
As you are going through this new way of being, I want to hear from you! I want to know what is working and what isn’t. I want to know where you struggle and how harmony has helped. So feel free to leave me a comment on my website or message me on instagram….
We are in this journey together and I am so grateful you chose to tune in today.
